The Sagi Subba Raju Foundation continued its mission of empowering deserving youth by extending scholarships to 13 first-degree students of St Joseph’s College. The beneficiaries, pursuing diverse disciplines such as Psychology, Political Science, Statistics, Biotechnology, and Computer Science, come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds yet have demonstrated strong academic promise.
Smt. Uma Raju and Sri Sagi Subba Raju personally handed over the scholarships. Addressing the students, they emphasized the importance of pursuing academic excellence while upholding strong personal values. Their motivating words were warmly received, and the students expressed heartfelt gratitude for the generous support that will significantly ease their educational journey.
The event was graced by Principal Dr. Sr. Shyji, Office Superintendent Sr. Mary, PRO Dr. P. K. Jayalakshmi, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Bhaskara Sudha, and Dr. Sujatha, who appreciated the Foundation’s continued commitment to student welfare.

In addition to these scholarships, the Foundation has also extended support to over 52 students of St Joseph’s College of Nursing and the Community College, further strengthening its long-standing association with the institution.
