Ramzan prayers for global peace and fraternity* *A sacred month that guides society through self-restraint and discipline* *— _TDP State President Palla Srinivasa Rao_*
Religious leaders, addressing the gathering, underscored that the month of Ramzan stands as a profound symbol of spiritual purification, self-restraint, patience, and compassion. They observed that the discipline of fasting serves as a reminder of the need to harmonise the body, mind, and soul, fostering a life anchored in moral discipline and empathy.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Palla Srinivasa Rao described Ramzan as a transformative period that nurtures essential human values such as self-control, discipline, kindness, and empathy. He noted that enduring peace in society can only be achieved when individuals confront and overcome their own shortcomings, cultivating constructive thought and ethical conduct.
He further emphasised that the realisation of global peace and harmony hinges on the practice of introspection coupled with disciplined living. The message of Ramzan, he said, resonates precisely with this ethos. Extending his greetings to the Muslim community, he expressed the hope that every household would be blessed with peace, good health, and prosperity. The programme was attended by religious leaders, public representatives, party functionaries, and a large number of local residents.
