Tirumala, March 21 – The Tirumala Food Testing Lab Inauguration by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu marks a major milestone in ensuring food safety and maintaining the trust of millions of devotees visiting the temple each year. The state-of-the-art food and water analysis laboratory, built at a cost of ₹25 crore, reflects the government’s commitment to quality, transparency, and advanced technology in temple administration.
During the inauguration, the Chief Minister emphasized that even the slightest compromise in food quality could affect the faith of devotees. He directed temple authorities to maintain the highest standards in preparing and distributing prasadam and drinking water, underlining the importance of safeguarding public trust.
